The President of The Football Conference, Bill King has decided to retire at the end of the season.

Bill, who was Chairman of The Conference for 17 years, became President in 2007.

He originally joined The Competition when Chairman of Runcorn and he later served as Chairman of Altrincham.

In a long football career Bill, who is a current Life Member, has been a stalwart of the game at our level and we wish him well in his retirement.
