Our Adult Disability Team were in action last night over at Aquinas College (Stockport) for the next round of the Cheshire East Ability Counts League, run in partnership with the Cheshire FA and Stockport County Community Sports & Education Foundation.
Starting the evening fixtures in second place, our aim was to close the gap on leaders Rochdale AFC, and the Team did just that by gaining 10 points out of 12, the results were as follows...
W 1-0 v Buxton Sportability
W 1-0 v Stockport County Community Foundation
D 0-0 v Rochdale AFC
W 1-0 v Stockport Cerebral Palsy Tigers
So, as you can see....a clean sheet into the bargain!
A fantastic night for us, the best effort yet, a big well done to Manager, Josh Haughton and Captain, Adrian Pallett who did a great job in their roles.
Training for the next fixtures on 19th March, starts again next Tuesday, 6pm to 7pm at Ashton 6th Form College.
