I am delighted to announce that earlier this evening Liam and Hally signed central midfielder Bohan Dixon on a 1 year contract with an option for Celtic to extend for a second year.

Bohan played 29 games for Conference Premier side Lincoln City in the 2013-14 season and played for Accrington in League 2 the season before. Liam described Bohan as "a 6'4" powerhouse who is an agile, physical, energetic player who will score goals for us. I've wanted to sign Bohan in the past and I'm delighted that he has joined us".

We have also agreed terms with the 18th and final member of next year's squad, but for tedious administrative reasons, we cannot announce details until his previous contract has been confirmed as terminated by the F.A. We shall hopefully be able to do that early next week.

I met Liam over the weekend and he confirmed that although there is a LOT of money being thrown around for next season's squads, he is confident that we will have a very successful campaign. He knows that 6th place is not either his or my definition of success.

He feels that we have a number of versatile players who can play various roles in defence. We will have a strong and skilful midfield, we now have 3 wingers and 3 main strikers and he cannot wait to get them all in for training - which, amazingly, starts in a mere 19 days time.
