Joe heralds from Warrington, starting his career at Wrexham before joining the academy at Burnley where he played with former Celtic loanee Matty Carson. He then joined Wolves in 2019 where he progressed through the clubs Under 18’s and Under 21’s ranks at their category one academy. He is eligible to play for the Republic of Ireland and has been called up to train at Under 19’s and Under 21’s level. Joe had a first taste of senior football when he joined Hednesford on loan last season.
