Lee Ellington was the slowest to react when website roving reporter Lauren Hall strode purposefully across the training ground on Thursday night. Here's what he had to say for himself...

Q. What?s the best thing about being at Stalybridge?
A. "The best thing so far that I?ve noticed is that we?re ambitious. The team's hungry to do well, and hopefully we?ll move up the league and have a run in the Trophy".

Q. What?s the worst thing about being at Stalybridge?
A. "The poor banter from the lads. We've got some shocking Scousers with shocking jokes. That?s probably the worst thing."

Q. Who?s the loudest manager you?ve played under?
A. "Probably Reedy!"

Q. Who?s the best player you?ve played along side?
A. "That would be a lad called Richard Peacock at Hull City."

Q. What?s been the highlight of your career?

Q. What?s your favourite song at the moment?
A. "Ray J. One Wish."

Q. Who has the worst fashion sense in the dressing room?
A. "I?d have to give that to Petts. He?s not going to be happy!"

Q. Who do you travel to games with?
A. "Nobody at the minute I?m on my tod. I used to travel with Smudger, but he?s left so I?m lonely."

Q. Which team would you love to play for if you weren?t at Stalybridge?
A. "Man. United."

Q. What would you be if you weren?t a footballer?
A. "I'd probably work at a sports centre, or anything to do with sports."

A. "Cup of tea."

Q. Salad or chips?
