Website roving reporter Lauren Hall faced her stiffest task yet this week, trying to make sense of the answers from a fully-paid up member of the Goalkeeper's Union and also concentrate on the task in hand despite "outside interference" from our other resident lunatic Nick "Bucko" Buxton.

Q: What's the best thing about being at Stalybridge?
A: "Well now. The best thing about "the 'Bridge" as you lot say has to be the fans. They're in a different league and on Saturday they were superb".

Q: And the worst?
A: "Have you seen that Lee Ellington's hair? I wouldn't even wear a wig like that!".

Q: Who do you travel to games with?
A: "Bucko, Barney and Blackie when he can be bothered to drive".

Q: How's your injury from the Hyde game?
A: "I thought it were brocken (a Yorkshire phrase apparently) but it turned out to be just a bad bruise. I should be reet for Saturday".

Q: What's your favourite song at the moment?
A: "I don't listen to music all that much, I'm not really a big fan. Bucko's queueing up for Take That tickets tomorrow though!".

Q: What's the most expensive thing you've bought?
A: "A round of drinks in the Harrogate Social Club!. No, that's my house".

Q: Who's the best player you've played alongside?
A: "Oh without a doubt that would be Eric Cantona at Leeds".

Q: Who would you love to play for if you weren't at Stalybridge?
A: "Bucko's Sunday League side".

Q: Do you support a League side?
A: "Rotherham. I used to play for them"

Q: Are you looking forward to playing against Droylsden in the next round of the Trophy?
A: "Definitely. We really need to beat them. You never know we could do a Hucknall this year and get to the Final".

Q: How do you wind down after games?
A: "It's good to have a few pints with the lads".

Q: Tea or Coffee.
A: "I shouldn't say this coming from Yorkshire but it's coffee".

Q: Quiet night in or night out with the lads?
A: "A quiet night in with my wife and two kids".

Q: Chips or Salad?
A: "Pove told me to say salad".

Q: League match or Trophy game?
A: "League game".

Q: Who's got the worst fashion sense in the dressing room?
A: "The Duke. He wears soulglow tha knows".
