On loan from Ashton United
The 24-year-old joins the Club on an initial four week loan and bolsters James Kinsey’s defensive options. Having made over 75 appearances for The Robins since joining Celtic’s neighbours in February 2022, Cole has earned plaudits for his set-piece ability and has five goals to his name. Cole began his career at Bolton Wanderers and spent time with FC United of Manchester and Lancaster City. He then joined Clitheroe in 2021 before joining Ashton in 2022 where he has been since, featuring against Celtic last season at Bower Fold as Ashton ran out comfortable winners.
