Stalybridge Celtic manager, Jim Harvey, has been awarded Manager of the Month for April in the Blue Square North.

Jim's side secured a top-half finish in the final league table with four wins and two draws during April, with Celtic scoring 13 goals in the process. This signaled their intent for a campaign aiming for promotion next season with Jim's band of youngsters.

The player of the month for April was Liam Hearn of Alfreton, who also won the league's golden boot, finishing in April with eleven goals in nine games, including a hat-trick against Guiseley, rounding off a great season that had seen him score nearly half of Alfreton's goals.
