Over the next few weeks, Briggsy will start to talk to the players about contract extensions. We believe that if we can keep the nucleus together and get a prolific 25+ a season goalscorer on board, then we will be able to mount a serious challenge next season. 

I'm delighted to announce that "Caddie" is the first one to put pen to paper. Briggsy thinks an awful lot of James and thinks that he will come on enormously for his first year's experience in open age football. We have already seen what he is capable of (including his double pike with a twist during the Hyde game!) and we are all excited to watch his progression.

Caddie has signed for next season with an option for the club to extend that for the season after too.

We hope to announce other contract extensions over the next month, but we are also hopeful of bringing in a couple of new signings too.
