Following on from our recent announcement that Ian Milligan will join the board as Chief Executive, we are pleased to announce that Paul Battye has agreed to join the board of Stalybridge Celtic Football Club as Non-Executive Director.

Paul has fifteen years' experience leading organisations in the executive search industry, placing senior executive and non-executive directors with some of the largest organisations in the world. Paul is currently Chief Executive Officer of Moorlands Human Capital and Global Head of the Financial Practice at Kennedy Executive. Paul who lives in Stalybridge will strengthen the board and bring specialist expertise and help raise the profile of the club at a local and national level.

Chairman Rob Gorski said "We are delighted to welcome Paul into the Stalybridge Celtic family. Paul will work closely with our CEO Ian Milligan and myself to raise the profile of Stalybridge Celtic Football Club and help grow revenue. Our aim is to give Liam the best possible budget for next season so that we can be successful both on and off the pitch"
