Celtic are saddened to report that goalkeeper Liam Hughes has suffered a broken sternum from a road traffic accident which means he will be injured for the rest of the season.

The Liverpool loanee has made 10 appearances for Celtic this season since joining on loan in January.

Celtic would like to send their best wishes to Liam and hope he has a swift recovery.
