Celtic have today announced the signings of defenders Glen Rule and Kristian Platt, midfielder Nathan Finnigan and striker Lloyd Ellams. Rule (20), Platt (18) and Ellams (19) are all products of the Chester City youth system, while Finnigan formerly played for Celtic reserves.
