Aaron started his career as a trainee with Manchester United, spending 10 years at the Premiership club and getting to within a hairsbredth of the first team, but getting a bad injury that halted his progress. After this, he moved into non-league football, starting his non-league career with FC United scoring 8 in 14 appearances between 2007 and 2008. From there, he moved to Northwich Victoria, with a spell on loan at Droylsden. Short spells at Altrincham and Connahs Quay followed before he linked up with Danny Johnson at Ashton United, following him to his move to Nantwich Town, scoring a hundred goals for these two clubs over four seasons, getting 28 goals for Nantwich. In 2014 he left Nantwich for a short spell at Marine (scoring 3 goals in his 8 appearances), but quickly returned to the Weaver Stadium. In 2015, Aaron joined Chorley, scoring 4 in 3 appearances, before returning to Ashton United. In 2016, he joined Trafford where he continued his prolfic form. He has regularly been among the top scorers in the Northern Premier League, and twice topped that chart. After two months in a Celtic shirt, he joined Trafford.
