Andy joins from Hyde United, whom he joined in 2016, and scored six goals in fifteen appearances. Andy has been scoring goals wherever he's been. He started with the youth team at Walsall, earning a first team place in 2002. He spent two loan spells at Kiddeminster, making forty apperances and scoring 7 goals, and also had loan spells at Rochdale with ten appearances and one goal, and in 2004 was loaned to Yeovil to make 5 appearances and score twice. In 2004 he was released to join York City, where he scored thirty-three goals in seventy-eight appearances (and won league player of the month for February 2006, and was the league's top scorer that season), but it was at Bury where he made his name, playing 236 games and scoring sixty-nine goals over a seven year spell. In his final season, he was loaned out to Wrexham, who made the move permanent after four appearances and two goals, going onto make another seventy-seven appearances and score another fourteen goals. In 2015, there was a brief spell at Halifax, before he joined Southport to make twenty-seven appearances and score four, including a spell managing them.
Andy has also made four appearances for the England C team, scoring in two of them.
