Stalybridge Celtic are delighted to confirm that Andy Scarisbrick will remain at Bower Fold for the 2026/27 season.

The midfielder enjoyed an impressive first campaign with the club last season and quickly became an important part of Jon Macken’s side during Celtic’s push towards the top end of the division.

Scarisbrick produced a number of important moments throughout the campaign, including the winning goal in the club’s play-off semi-final victory over Runcorn Linnets at Bower Fold.

Having become a popular figure amongst supporters and within the dressing room, Scaz will now continue with the club into the new season.

Speaking after agreeing to remain at the club, Andy said: “I’m really pleased to be staying with the Club next season.

“I have loved being part of it. The fans, the dressing room and the ambition around the place all made it an easy decision for me to stay.

“Coming so close to promotion gives everyone even more desire and motivation going into the new season and hopefully we can go one step further this time around.”

Welcome back Scaz!
